Jeff Alton was named to the position of Chief Operating Officer/General Counsel at High Five Entertainment in May of 1999. Jeff joined High Five in 1996 as a production auditor on the TNN music series Monday Night Concerts, assuming the post of Director of Business Affairs in 1997 and V.P. of Legal/Business Affairs in 1999.

In addition to overseeing the operations and legal/business affairs at High Five, Jeff works closely with the High Five creative team in the creation and financing of new programming development, and new business and sponsorship development. His list of credits includes Lilith Fair: A Celebration of Women in Music, This Is Celine Dion, and outdoor series Bushnell's Secrets of the Hunt.

A native of New York State, Jeff was admitted to practice law in California in 1988. He is a graduate of the University of California/Hastings College of the Law, and holds an M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and a B.A. from Rice University. Jeff is an active member of the California Bar and is a contributing author to Communication Technology Update, 3rd Ed. on the subject of MMDS (Wireless Cable).
