HIGH FIVE ENTERTAINMENT PRODUCES THE PRESIDENTS STARRING RICH LITTLE FOR PBS
Nashville, TN., (April 26, 2024) - Once again Emmy Award-winning comedian Rich Little delivers his brilliant comedic talent and impersonation to American audiences in the theatrical production The Presidents, set to air in August on PBS. High Five Entertainment taped the play in April during a three-night run at The Paris Las Vegas Hotel and Casino.
At the heart of The Presidents is Little's brilliant portrayal of each of the nine presidents from John F. Kennedy to George W. Bush. The Presidents is a warm and funny masterpiece, enriching and engaging for stage and television audiences alike - equal parts drama and comedy, this two-act tour de force also features a supporting cast of four actors, including noted stage actress Elaine Bromka, who play characters ranging from the First Ladies and key officials in each administration to everyday Americans. Mr. Little's performance ranks among his strongest in a rich and storied career which has included his own network television series, an Emmy for his television special Rich Little's Christmas Carol, and innumerable guest appearances on television and in other media.
The Presidents marks the latest High Five Entertainment production for PBS, whose past productions for the network include the Emmy Award-winning and Broadway spectacular Blast!, as well as the new Jim Brickman special Love Songs & Lullabies, taped this month and scheduled to air later this year.
