(OTCQB: BTOP), announced today that its majority owned subsidiary, High Five Entertainment, together with Jed Hilly, the Executive Director of the Americana Music Festival, won an Emmy in the category of Special Event Coverage for its production of the 2012 Americana Music Honors & Awards.

The Americana Music Honors & Awards is the annual marquee event held in Nashville for the Americana Music Association, a professional not-for-profit trade organization whose mission is to advocate for the authentic voice of American Roots Music around the world. Beginning in 2002, the Americana Music Association honors distinguished members of the music community. Six member-voted awards and several Lifetime Achievement Awards are handed out at Ryman Auditorium while over 2,000 artists, music-loving fans, and entertainment industry executives look on.

High Five’s Executive Producer Martin Fischer and Producer Edie Lynn Hoback accepted the award Saturday night in Nashville.
